  2. Minutes of the 16th AGM on 25th September 2005.
  3. Matters arising.
  4. Chairman’s report.
  5. Chief Executive’s Report
  6. Treasurer’s report and adoption of Accounts for year ending 31st March 2006.
  7. Election of Council Members.
  8. Appointment of Auditors.
  9. Any other business. The Trust must receive notice of business to be raised under this item by 25th August 2006.
Following the meeting there will be a flying display by our guest falconer, Derek Clark and a chance to get up close to our owls. Refreshments will be provided.
