  2. Minutes of the 17th AGM on 3rd September 2006.
  3. Matters arising.
  4. Chairman’s report.
  5. Chief Executive’s Report
  6. Treasurer’s report and adoption of Accounts for year ending 31st March 2007.
  7. Election of Council Members.
    Kevan Palmer is standing down on rotation.
    Nominee: Susan Williams.
  8. Appointment of auditors – Saint and Co.
  9. Any other business. The Trust must receive notice of business to be raised on this item by 20th September 2007.

Following the meeting there will be a talk given by our Conservation Officer, Sue Thurley and the opportunity to tour the Owl Centre with our Collection Manager, David Armitage. Refreshments will be provided.
