WOW - Save an Owl for a £1
benefits from No School Uniform Day

The students of Victoria High School in Ulverston, Cumbria recently had a “no school uniform day” and chose the World Owl Trust as the beneficiary! Each student brings in a £1 on the day and they can wear what they like (within reason, I presume!). Grahame Smith, teacher and WOT member of many years, telephoned the office with the amazing news that £1000 had been raised on the day. Grahame and the students have regularly supported the Trust and we have benefited from a no school uniform day in the past (£1000 raised).

We are so grateful to the students and staff at the school and we look forward to involving the students in a Save an Owl Conservation Project their area.
