The running of the Owl Centre and the conservation of owls in the wild is a costly business and you may be surprised to learn that we do not receive any grants from larger bodies, nor are we government aided. We are often asked how visitors can help our work - the obvious answer being join the “WORLD OWL TRUST”, however, many people wish to do more and we have devised our Adoption Scheme for this purpose. You may adopt an owl of your choice and your payment will cover the cost of food for your chosen owl for one year. Your name will also be inscribed on a plaque, which will be put on your adopted owl’s aviary and you will be sent and adoption certificate.
