Suggested Itineraries

You will of course have your own ideas of what you would like to achieve from your visit to Muncaster and the World Owl Centre but here are two suggested itineraries to help you with ideas of how to plan your day:

Itinerary One
  • 10am: Arrive at Coach Park. Stop for toilet break and to collect tickets (15 minutes)
  • 10.15am Blow off steam at the playground. (15 minutes)
  • 10.30am Owl Tour at the World Owl Centre. (30 minutes)
  • 11.00am Walk to the front of the Castle and explore the Meadow Vole Maze. (45 minutes)
  • 11.45am Lunch Time. Why not enjoy a picnic in the Owl Garden? (45 minutes)
  • 12.30pm ‘Mini Meet the Birds’ in the Owl Garden. Get up close to an owl and ask the Keepers any questions you may have.
  • 1.00pm Explore the Terrace and admire the views. (1 hour)
  • 2.00pm Free time to buy souvenirs. (15 minutes)
  • 2.15pm Time for home.

  • 2.00pm Free time to buy souvenirs. (15 minutes)
  • 2.30pm Time for home.
