Welcome To The World Owl Trust

Welcome all Rainbows, Brownies, Guides and Leaders!

Hello, these are exciting times for us at the Trust and I would like to offer a very warm welcome to all new visitors to these web-pages. We are thrilled to be able to work with the Guiding movement in Cumbria and hope these web-pages mark the start of a wonderful relationship between yourselves and the Trust.

To get us started there are some owl and wildlife themed activities that will help count towards some of the badges you may be having a go at. There is also a short introduction to the World Owl Trust and details of a very exciting project we are working on to try and get some of you to link up with youth groups in the Philippines to learn more about global owl conservation and bio-diversity!

Those of you who met me at the Big Brownie Birthday Bash may remember that I promised to make instructions for how to make the bouncy owl game that we played. I have finally finished them, so if you have not yet had a go at making your own version of the game and would like some tips on how to do so please click here.

Have fun!
