Tythe The Barn Owl, 1 of 500

A stunning Border Fine Arts figurine of our very own Barn Owl, ‘Tythe’ has been sculpted by Master Sculptor, Ray Ayres. This fabulous new Limited Edition figurine was created with help from the Trust. Tythe visited Border Fine arts and modelled for the piece.

To return the favour, Border Fine Arts has very generously donated one of only 500 pieces to be made, which will be used as a raffle prize to help boost our funds for the launch of the Save An Owl For £1 campaign which you will read all about in our next issue due out in May.

Ray Ayres says: “It was a real pleasure and privilege to work with Tythe, who was the perfect model for my latest in a long line of barn owl subjects over the years. The work that The World Owl Trust is doing is invaluable, not just in protecting owls, but also our native wildlife too — long may it continue!”
