Mission Statement

The WORLD OWL TRUST exists to advance wildlife conservation by primarily focusing on all owl species and their ecology. Through the promotion of habitat management and restoration, research, captive breeding programmes, and its own education policy, the Trust intends to bring an awareness of conservation and environmental sustainability to all levels of society.

On-site facilities will be maintained to provide treatment and rehabilitation for sick and injured owls and other wildlife.

The World Owl Trust is a member of the British and Irish Association of Zoos and Aquariums (BIAZA) and the European Association of Zoos and Aquariums (EAZA). The Trust relies on a dedicated membership, visitors, donations and legacies.
