Treasurer (Voluntary)

Responsible for:
Overseeing the finances of the Trust and advising the Council on financial matters.

Duties:
Preparation of monthly and yearly statutory accounts and reports in accordance with current legislation. Attendance at Council meetings 4 times per year and AGM (held on Sundays). Attend monthly executive meetings meetings (week day) when possible. Liaise electronically (and in person when possible) with the Director of Operations and book-keeper. Assist Director of Operations with the preparation of budgets. Most of the work can be carried out by E-mail and phone. A background in accounting would be most useful.

Trustees

We need two more people to serve on our Board of Directors, assisting with the management of the Trust and making plans for the future. No formal qualification is required but we are looking for people with skills in any of the following: marketing, promotion, fundraising or business management. We are also in need of someone to fulfil the role of Company Secretary.

Council meet bi-monthly and the post is voluntary. Travelling expenses can be paid.
